My name is Bob Boy, I am a RankBuilder VIP Member, I was trying to download the latest version of Rank Builder, but the only thing that will show on my file is the installer, and when I start to run the file and save it on my desktop, it won't appear. Please help me on how to download the file because it is been few days since i was trying to download it but it won't work. Please give a quick attention on the problem that I encounter.

Hi, its Venelin from RB support staff, could you please try to install .net 3.5 and 4.0 frameworks, and then retry:

http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=22
After installing the above, please retry running the installer.
Please also make sure you are starting it as Administrator ( in admin account)
Please also try to disable your antivirus temporary - till the installer is running, as some antiviruses tend to block it( like Norton antivirus for example.)
Please let me know if none of above didnt help - I will help then thru remote desktop session
