In an effort to answer all tickets within 24 hours, WDT media has created a new customer support policy, designed to make it easier for our support champs to answer your questions faster and better. Please note this new policy goes into effect October 25, 2011...

  1. Only 1 question or topic per support ticket. If you have issues that are related to each other, please do include them in your initial support ticket. But if you have different questions or topics, you will need to open a support ticket for each topic or question. (Please note, tickets are answered in the order received, so opening multiple tickets for the same questions will only delay your response time.)
  2. No custom work provided. We had to stop offering anything that is beyond explaining how to use the product. Any custom work request will be politely declined and/or referred to third-party developers you might want to work with.
  3. Our support team endeavors to reply to all tickets within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays. If you haven't received an initial answer within 24 hours, please open your initial ticket and ask what's going on. Our system will automatically elevate the status of your ticket.

Article Spinning +Training videos

Question #1: What is the quality of Article Spinning? Does a span article make a sense? Some so called "Article Spinners" do the horrible job. I use the Best Spinner, which seems to me one of the best around and even then there are sometimes errors. By submitting an article with the errors to the article directory has the result of return and subsequent editing before this article is accepted. Therefore it takes more time, than if it is correct in the first place. So, What is the quality of Article Spinning in Rank Builder?

Question #2: In the 7 tutorial Videos there are mentioned several times other videos, where the subject is disused in the more details. Where are these videos?

Hi,
1. article spinning quality is much less than in Best spinner. It appeared in the last version, and the idea is to provide some basic spinning to customers who do not have spinning program. If you already have best spinner, then it would be better to use it , instead the RB spinning. Of course there could not be a 100% automation, so you need to verify your texts, before submitting.

2. I would better suggest that you check the PDF manual, as it is most recent source of info on RB:

on page 33 is covered article spinning basics. Once again - if you already have best spinner - then you dont need all this - just use best spinner, and check resulting spinned texts - that is all. You can also use the preview button in RB programs, to see how the output would look like
