Hi Cheryl A. the customer support manager here. Listen I'm happy to help you, but you've opened a public ticket - which means any information I give you ask from you - would be seen publicly.
So, in order to help you, what I need you to do is open an email ticket and send me the email address you use when purchasing from Clickbank and we'll go from there. I'll be watching for your ticket - please put 'Cancel Rank Builder Account' in the subject line of the ticket so that it comes directly to me.
