I have been using RB at my office since February. Been working fine. I am now starting to work from home on a new computer. I reset the license and then went to download the software. When I download it (save it), I am told it is downloaded but when I go to open the file it won't do anything. I used Firefox and IE and it didn't work either time (IE gave me a message that download was complete but errors on the page; Firefox just won't open). I also have Norton Internet protection on the laptop I am downloading to. Any idea why I can't get the file to run?
Hi Alan,
You are only licensed to use Rank Builder on one computer at a time.
If you want to change computers, (for example working on a new computer), you have two options. The first is to buy two licenses of Rank Builder. The second is to "reset" your license. (which you already did)
Just make sure when asked for "Email" and "Password", make sure you enter the same information you used to "activate" the software the first time.
