Brand new member - got the email, downloaded the software, downloaded documentation. Tried to access members area and cannot login using the information provided in the email. Clicked on link about problems with login, entered my email address and I get the following message:
ERROR: There is no user registered with that email address
Can you please provide assistance to get this reseolved? Thanks!

I'm happy to help. but you've opened a public question - which is like a forum - and your question - and my answer can be seen by anyone - and since you'll want your login information private, I'm going to close this question - and the duplicate one you've opened and ask you to open a private email ticket. In that one (NOT THIS ONE), please send me a copy of your original receipt, and I'll be happy to fix the log-in problem for you! I'll be looking for your email ticket...
