I am re-submitting this question, which I asked yesterday but since receiving an initial email reply which unfortunately didn't solve the problem I havent received a reply to my follow up emails. Hopefully this question will get picked up and a solution to my problem will be found.
Having installed and connected the latest DL plug-in, I then created and deployed a new project. Unfortunately the transfers are not completing. My project is showing as having 16 records, but none of them are completing transfer.
I have twice deleted project and plugin, re-downloaded the plugin and created new project, but the same problem recurrs each time with transfers not completing.
Thanks in anticipation of help to solve this problem.
