Support Center

Please read our guidelines

In an effort to answer all tickets within 24 hours, WDT media has created a new customer support policy, designed to make it easier for our support champs to answer your questions faster and better. Please note this new policy goes into effect October 25, 2011...

  1. Only 1 question or topic per support ticket. If you have issues that are related to each other, please do include them in your initial support ticket. But if you have different questions or topics, you will need to open a support ticket for each topic or question. (Please note, tickets are answered in the order received, so opening multiple tickets for the same questions will only delay your response time.)
  2. No custom work provided. We had to stop offering anything that is beyond explaining how to use the product. Any custom work request will be politely declined and/or referred to third-party developers you might want to work with.
  3. Our support team endeavors to reply to all tickets within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays. If you haven't received an initial answer within 24 hours, please open your initial ticket and ask what's going on. Our system will automatically elevate the status of your ticket.

How to Use the Link Wheel Builder Tab

Last Updated: Jun 28, 2011 07:34AM EDT

In case you're wondering, A link wheel is essentially a network of several sites which link to each other. Link wheels are a very effective way of improving y
our search engine ranking.

The cool thing about the Link Booster is that it works to enhance the links on the Web 2.0 properties that Link wheel Builder builds for you. It does this by automatically
submitting the RSS feeds containing links from your web 2.0 properties to 10 top RSS directories.

It also has a feature allowing you to submit all of your links in the Links tab to ping.fm sites. This results in more and more links to the original links already pointing to your site.

Here's the basic steps in setting up and using the "Link Wheel Booster" Tab to Submit to the RSS Directories using Rank Builder:

What to do first:

1. Put your links in the "Links Tab" that you need to turn into RSS Feeds and Submit: (Note: They could have been autocreated by the Linkwheel postings, or you could have manually put links there. An example of that would be forum profiles registrations you made with Profile builder or Articles submitted)

2. Set the fields in Link Booster tab, in the "Create RSS feed" area. The Rank Builder program comes with a sample so you can get an idea of what to put in those fields.

You must fill all of the RSS fields like RSS Feed Title, RSS Feed Link, Link Title (spinnable) and Link Description (spinnable). Many people are confused about what to put into Link Title and Description - Here's all you need:

Use a short 2-3 sentence description - include your main keyword and a corresponding title - your title should also have your keyword in it. You can reuse the same title, but not in spinned format, for your RSS Feed title.

Use your domain as RSS Feed Link.

3. Press the "Create RSS feed" button and wait the feed to be created

4. Press the  RSS Submissions button to automatically submit to 10 RSS Directories.
