In an effort to answer all tickets within 24 hours, WDT media has created a new customer support policy, designed to make it easier for our support champs to answer your questions faster and better. Please note this new policy goes into effect October 25, 2011...

  1. Only 1 question or topic per support ticket. If you have issues that are related to each other, please do include them in your initial support ticket. But if you have different questions or topics, you will need to open a support ticket for each topic or question. (Please note, tickets are answered in the order received, so opening multiple tickets for the same questions will only delay your response time.)
  2. No custom work provided. We had to stop offering anything that is beyond explaining how to use the product. Any custom work request will be politely declined and/or referred to third-party developers you might want to work with.
  3. Our support team endeavors to reply to all tickets within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays. If you haven't received an initial answer within 24 hours, please open your initial ticket and ask what's going on. Our system will automatically elevate the status of your ticket.

What kind of training does Authority Pro provide?

Authority Pro offers more than 20 step-by-step training videos that will walk members - no matter what their experience level - through exactly how to use the Authority Pro system and theme. All product training can be accessed from inside the members' area.

Here's a short list of what you'll find on the inside:

If you're new to using Wordpress or Authority Pro you'll want to start with the "Basic Training" - If you're already experienced, you might want to jump right to video 7.  Here's a list of the video training and what you'll learn:

Video #1:  How to Install Authority Pro - this video walks you through the basics of how to install Authority Pro on both a new or existing blog and how to set your blog up to maximize the leverage and SEO tools Authority Pro gives you.

Video #2: Navagating the Authority Pro Admin Panel - This video shows goes over the admin panel for Authority Pro, and walks you through the features and functions Authority Pro adds to the existing Wordpress admin panel.

Video #3: This is a quick video that walks you through the Wordpress settings we recommend you use on your Wordpress blog - this will help you to get more traffic and improve your blog's SEO.

Video #4: Setting up the Authoritize Theme Options - You can find the Authoritize Theme Options in the “Appearance” menu along the left sidebar of your WordPress admin panel, or can be accessed with the AP tool icon at the top right of the WordPress admin panel.

Video #5: Authority Pro SEO Site Setup - This video covers the AP SEO Site options and how to use them the most effectively. You can find the SEO Site Options in the AP Dashboard. These options allow you to se these items: Target SEO Keyword - which is used to automatically optimize your site for your main, targeted ranking keyword. The SEO Site Title, Description, Keywords and more.

Video #6: Adding Custom Optins - In this video, you'll learn how to set up and activate your site's customer optins. Adding custom optins allows you to use the Advanced Optin widget so you can place and split test optin forms on your site.

Video #7: Setting Profile and Review Star Ratings - In this video you'll learn how to setup the custom labels for your profile and review stars ratings.  AP allows you to set up to 5 custom ranking categories for both reviews and profiles.

Video #8: Overview of the Custom Widget Areas - This video goes over the 23 custom positions that are integrated into the Authoritize theme.  These custom widget positions allow you nearly infinite customization, look and feel of your site for nearly any purpose you would need as a marketer.  The video also covers a couple different examples of the AP Custom Widgets while showing you where each of the custom widget areas are located and how they are used.

Video #9: The Makeup of Custom AP Widgets - This video goes over the 'widget placement options' -  which have been powerfully targeted to give you maximum leverage - and multiple choices for where and how widgets are placed on your site.  It also explains the display options available to you and how to customize the style of the widgets so again your site will look unique and give you the results you're looking for.

Video #10: The Advanced Optin Widget - This video show you how to place and use the AP Advanced Optin Widget.  This is the first in a series of training video which will show you how to put each of the AP Custom Widgets to work.
