Here's how to cancel your account.
1. Open a support ticket and choose the product you wish to cancel.
2. Write "Cancel" in the ticket subject line.
3. Copy and Paste a copy of your original receipt inside the body of the ticket. (You would have received a receipt by email after purchasing the product.)
Note: If you are within the 60 day refund period, and you also want a refund, please go to the Knowledge Base and read the steps to receiving a refund and follow them instead. Your account will be automatically disabled when your refund is processed.
