In order to get a quick, hassle-free refund, please follow the following easy steps:
#1. Please do NOT open multiple tickets requesting a refund, as multiple tickets with the same name, IP or email address are flagged as potential fraud and these tickets have to be handled manually, which slows down your refund time. If you feel you need to check on the status of your refund, please reply to the same ticket.
#2. When opening a ticket, choose the MAIN product you're requesting a refund for. (If you purchased an additional product as an upsell, you can tell us that in the body of the email - you DON'T need to open two tickets.)
#3. When requesting a refund, please past a copy of your original receipt into the body of the ticket. (You would have received the receipt after purchasing the product).
#4. Please put "Refund Request" in the stubject line of your ticket.
#5. Provide a brief reason for your refund request, and if you're requesting your refund within the 60 day refund period.
Under normal conditions, your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.
