A : Instructions for setting a default thumbnail image:
Step 1: Navigate to the Plugins Settings
Step 2: Click on “choose file”, select your custom thumbnail image from the location on your computer and then click “change”.
You should receive a success message after clicking “change”:
If you receive an error, this means that the thumbnail folder is not writable. Normally this shouldn't happen but will on some servers.
To fix this, access your site via FTP, and navigate to:
public_html/path_to_wp_install/wpcontent/plugins/gvideositemap/upload/thumb
Set the permissions for this folder to 777.
Set the permissions for this folder to 777.
If it's the case that these permissions need to be set, it's s likely the accompanying folder inside the upload folder, 'video_file' folder, will need to be set at 777 as well.
Please check and set the appropriate permissions for this folder at the same time.

Once you've done this, please follow the steps above again to set your default thumbnail image.
To view your default thumbnail, click the “preview default thumbnail”
