Support Center

Please read our guidelines

In an effort to answer all tickets within 24 hours, WDT media has created a new customer support policy, designed to make it easier for our support champs to answer your questions faster and better. Please note this new policy goes into effect October 25, 2011...

  1. Only 1 question or topic per support ticket. If you have issues that are related to each other, please do include them in your initial support ticket. But if you have different questions or topics, you will need to open a support ticket for each topic or question. (Please note, tickets are answered in the order received, so opening multiple tickets for the same questions will only delay your response time.)
  2. No custom work provided. We had to stop offering anything that is beyond explaining how to use the product. Any custom work request will be politely declined and/or referred to third-party developers you might want to work with.
  3. Our support team endeavors to reply to all tickets within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays. If you haven't received an initial answer within 24 hours, please open your initial ticket and ask what's going on. Our system will automatically elevate the status of your ticket.

How do I upload the Plugin?

Last Updated: Nov 29, 2011 09:14AM EST
There are a couple of ways to install the Dominating Video plugin. The easiest is to use WordPress's own install plugin feature.

First of all, make sure you've downloaded the Dominating Local plugin to your desktop. Unzip the main file, but keep the plugin itself in the.zip format.

Go to Plugins > Upload and find it on your desktop.

To install the Plugin, click Install.

If the WordPress Plugin installs correctly, the resulting screen will notify you that the Plugin is installed and awaiting activation. IClick Activate.
.
If the Dominating Local Plugin does not install correctly or fails to install, WordPress will notify you. You will have to use the manual installation method at this point.

There may be an issue with the Plugin and your version of WordPress, your server access, or other compatibility issues.

To install the Dominating Local Plugin manually:

    1.    Download the latest version of the Dominating Local Plugin to your computer.

    2.    With an FTP program, access your site’s server.

    3.    Upload (copy) the Plugin file(s) or folder to the /wp-content/plugins folder.

    4.    In your WordPress Administration Panels, click on Plugins from the menu at the top.

    5.    You should see your new Dominating Local Plugin listed. If not, with your FTP program, check the folder to see if it is installed. If it isn’t, upload the file(s) again. If it is, delete the files and upload them again.

    6.    To turn the WordPress Plugin on, click Activate on the far right side of the list.

    7.    Check your Administration Panels or WordPress blog to see if the Plugin is working.
